Webhook Events to Power Your Workflows

We have every notification to make your workflow smooth and automated. Here are the notifications you can subscribe to today with your webhook:

• Sync_complete: After a sync successfully finishes.
• Sync_error: When a data sync operation encounters any error.
• Sync_circuit_break: When RosterStream pauses when it detects too many changes in a batch.
• Sync_batch_approve: When a batch of changes (e.g., new users, classes) is approved.
• Sync_batch_reject: When a proposed batch of changes is rejected.
• Sync_files_uploaded: When files (like CSVs or OneRoster exports) are uploaded, triggering a sync.
• Spp_publish_error: When a Data Source encounters an error during the publishing phase, it triggers an automatic pause of the Data Source.
• App_published: When an app successfully publishes roster data.
• App_replayed: When an app’s data stream is replayed.
• Audit_log: For any audit-related event.
